Mark and the team are nothing but amazing! The workouts that they create are suitable for all fitness levels and they really focus on good technique and have a great balance between strength and HIIT. Having the high tech technology helps you to hit targets in each workout and really helps you to push yourself. The 8 week challenges I could not recommend enough. It has helped me so much and has also helped me maintain and develop a healthy lifestyle both in and out of the gym. I would highly recommend Highlite to anyone.

Highlite is an incredible gym with a highly knowledgeable team and incomparable atmosphere. There is no gym that even comes close to what it has to offer in Newcastle. From the motivating beats, to the state of the art equipment and the disco lighting...It has it all!

I highly recommend Highlite to anyone looking for a new gym. As a busy working mum it was hard to find time to workout but Highlite's lunch time sessions are perfect for me. The atmosphere is welcoming to all, no matter what your fitness level. I have always felt self conscious entering a gym but not at Highlite. I have increased my fitness and made new friends.. it's like one big fitness family! So happy to be a part of it!

I never thought I would enjoy a group fitness environment. I used to be a Lone Ranger in the gym and barely talk to anyone. But the community at highlite is amazing, everyone is so friendly and you know that you are all there to push each other.. soo for me to not only talk to the the people I work out with but actually be friends and hangout outside of the gym is amazing and wouldn’t change being part of the Highlite Family.. getting fit and strong whilst having that is just a bonus!

This is a fitness community like no other. Amazing transformations are commonplace, and the physical change is the reflection of the inner growth of each member! Loud music, cool lighting, happy people, killer workouts. I’m in for the long haul!

I'll be honest, working out is hard. To see significant improvement you have to push yourself and that's not easy. What can make it easier though is if you're motivated to keep turning up and I think this is where Highlite stands out. They've made the whole experience really enjoyable so going to the gym doesn't feel like a hassle. Highly recommended.

Highlite has been totally life changing - first time I’ve continually kept going to the gym and the difference has been huge, most noticeably has been how strong I’ve become. It’s excellent! Can’t recommend it strongly enough.

I love Highlite! The 45 minute workouts are perfect for getting the job done. The support I have received from the trainers has allowed me to see results I would have struggled to gain working out on my own and the group atmosphere is also a fantastic motivator! I am now looking forward to working with Mark and the gang on my postpartum journey to regain the strength and fitness I had pre baby!

Highlite is the best gym I’ve ever been to, and the only thing I’ve still enjoyed 2 years on. There’s no single thing that makes it a great place, but it’s the combination of fun but challenging workouts, awesome playlists, experienced and fun trainers, plus an all round great crew of other members. I originally started at Highlite as it was the best place to manage returning to exercise after shoulder surgery. During the recovery phase, all exercises could be modified to suit my reduced ability while still strengthening my body in a safe way.

Highlite RULES! I have finally found a space that I enjoy 100% of the time. 5:15am classes are my jam! It allows me to sweat it out then enjoy a leisurely morning coffee before work! The workouts are tough but extremely rewarding. The trainers are super knowledgable and friendly and the clients are amazing! THE MUSIC! The music is loud and extremely well thought out for each session which is very motivating throughout the class! Thanks guys for an awesome space to feel great!!

Highlite Fitness is an amazing place where I go to smash my goals every week. The trainers are like family and they stop at nothing to make sure you get every penny's worth. I have always loved Highlite. It is my happy place. If you're thinking of joining, just do it!
